General Policies

Only if you receive the product in damage condition you can exchange it.

You have to mail us with proper video of the product unboxing within 24hours to accept your exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order.

Once the order is placed cannot be cancelled.

Product dispatched will be within 1-2 working days.

Once the order is shipped it takes about 2 to 7 working days to be delivered within India.

We use DTDC and Xpressbees to ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by mail through which you can track the delivery status of your order.

For International orders, we use DHL & UPS. Kindly reach out to us on email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle.
